Need advice please!! (Spotting or period?)

I am writing this on behalf of my friend who does not have this app. Let’s call her A. A had her period 2 weeks /2 days ago roughly, had sex a couple days after the bleeding stopped with no protection. A took the morning after pill the next day. She is now bleeding (2 weeks later) with this colour blood and brownish old looking blood. Is it more likely this is implantation bleeding (spotting) or that the morning after pill has come in to play making her cycle go odd and have her period early? Her usual periods are heavy.
