Need food ideas

Brenda

So i have indigestion, heartburn, severe nausea, no vomiting but i do feel like it constantly, and unable to produce gas. What have you ladies found for relief? I have tried ginger, just makes me feel extremely bloated even if I do small sips at a time, saltine crackers but they just make me feel worse, pretzels make me feel the same as the crackers. My nurse gave me a list of foods to avoid and it feels like it is the whole grocery store, all of my favorite foods and snacks and fruits and vegetables were on the list even the things I crave 😭. I can't drink water either as it just so tasteless and boeing that it upsets my stomach. I can't eat and drink at the same time, i have to drink either 30 min before or after a meal or snack. Has any of you knows gone through this or are going through this? What have you found to relieve yourself? What foods do you eat? All i can think about that I can eat is whole grain pasta with butter and some popsicles, for hydration whether is pedialyte gatorade or regular water based popsicles. I need help, this is baby #2 but it feels like this is baby #1 as my first pregnancy was easy least lemon squeeze, except the fact my first born had SVT and was put on 2 medications that made me loose my appetite but was able to eat what I wanted and had 0 nausea or vomiting the first trimester. Please any foods or snacks you guys recommend me get would be more than amazing!! I haven't had a meal in days, just been munching on things here and there and avoiding things but i am running out of ideas and getting bored of the same foods and snacks i have, mainly running out of food ideas as everything I cook triggers my stomach 😭😭

I'm 11 weeks pregnant btw. I was also put on indigestion medication and was advised to take vitamin b6 as well as unisome and pepsid
