So I got my first and only BFP this Tuesday, felt fine only had period like cramps which then eventually faded away. Today 4w4d i had 3-4 times sharper pain in my lower abdomen. Called my doctor and she asked me to go for US tomorrow. Any ideas? Does it necessarily means I am having ectopic? Or miscarriage ?

I am so nervous:(
