Has anyone had CMV also known as mono while pregnant and their baby has turned out okay?

My husband was sick a couple months ago and found out it was mono so I got tested for it and the results came back positive... for past or current infection. They don’t really give specifics on when you had it in the blood test.

And there are soooo many horrible things that can go wrong with your baby on google 😭😭

I know google is the worst! But I just need some reassurance please 😭
