It depends on how big if the difference is. Anything within a week you stick to the original.

I have a similar dilema. They changed me to 11 days earlier from June 28 to 17. I feel that my new due date is off as I was still on my period at the time and not having sex but apparently was consistent size wise on both ultrasounds. Either way, I'm preparing myself for early to late June. 🤷🏻‍♀️

They may change your due date in the very beginning but anything past those initial couple appointments it doesn’t change

They don’t typically change your due date after your initial scan unless you have irregular cycles. The measuring ahead/behind can change from month to month as the baby’s growth will vary..
