Opk am I doing this right???
I’ve been asked by my nurse to track ovulation using opk since I’ve been referred to a recurrent misscariage clinic. The past few months my cycle have been between 31-33 days long. I’ve been testing twice a day and I’m now on cycle day 22 and still no positive opk. Have I missed my surge? This test is the darkest one I’ve had but my tests have been like this since yesterday. I feel like I might be doing somthing wrong😔
