Fertilaid vs Vitex??

Hey ladies... I was recently diagnosed with pcos. My doctor offered clomid or metaformin, but my husband and I discussed trying some all natural routes first. Diet and exercise are first on our list, but I keep seeing a lot about vitex and fertilaid as supplements. Does anyone have experience with them? Are they herbal supplements? Does anyone have any other suggestions? Research on my own has been quite overwhelming.
