Immunocompromised spouse and baby vaccine

Anyone have experience with this?? My 1 year old just went for her shots and got mmr vaccine and the chicken pox vaccine. My husband is on a biologic medication and the doc said any issue or bumps on baby’s body and my hubby has to quarantine. Anyone ever have this happen?? I’m so nervous but obv don’t want to pass measles!
