Can you get a false negative on an OPK if your urine is diluted ?
I started drinking a gallon of water daily recently & this will be my first cycle back using OPKs (I skipped last cycle when I first started the water). I took an OPK this morning & the line showed up pretty good but I know it’s better to test during the afternoon & evening but that’s when my pee is most diluted. /:
