Yep right after. I slept on my stomach in the hospital lol. My ob said as soon as it was comfortable I was ok to do so so was about 15 hrs after labor

I couldn’t because my milk came in and even though my tummy was no longer on the way, my boobs sure were!

I sleep through my pregnancy on my stomach and after birth to it's only way I can sleep

I couldn’t sleep on my stomach again until I was about 2-3 weeks pp because I had SPD and my pelvis hurt too much until then. But the first time I laid on my stomach after giving birth was amazing. It had been about 4-5 months
