came off the pill and exhausted
So I was on junel fe and stopped it a few days ago cause I was snapping at everyone and it's just been worse with my cycles. Well now that in not on it I'm super emotional, nauseated and just feel like I got hit by a mac truck. I don't know if it's from not being on the pill, not sleeping well or Both but it's miserable.
