Egg hair growth ?

Has anyone ever tried egg n Olive oil to help hair growth? If so did it work? How long should I do it and many many times a week?

Here is my hair mask I do every week: 
Avocado,  mayo, honey, coconut oil
Leave it on for 30 minutes boom  moisturized hair
