Bleeding 2 days after BFP
My period was due today. I've been having mild cramps all week and have been feeling so weird so I tested 2 days ago in the morning and got a positive.. I started bleeding lightly this morning accompanied by cramps as well. Should I be worried? Is this normal or could I be having a MC? This would be my first pregnancy 😔
