possible insomnia
so lately my sleep has been decreasing rapidly no matter how exhausted i am, i can only sleep for two hours at a time and when i am asleep i feel like i’m still awake bc i can still hear everything lol. i would call my ob but the office theyre located at is the WORST in communication ( phone calls, they will just hang up on you ) , is melatonin safe to use? has anyone tried it? any tips? thank you
