My baby is 1 month and her face has broken out as they call it baby acne.. her doctor confirmed and said it’s normal. However it’s really dry and forming all together like a rash and it’s crusting over a yellowish color it’s certain spots.. on her ears and eyebrows and it’s making me wonder if this is an infection? I don’t put anything on it bc I’m scared it’ll make it worse but does this sound normal? Has been there since she was 3 weeks but has gotten worse around her 1 month mark..
