Has anyone else been in this situation before ? I started a new job back in November and at first everything went well however for the past month my transportation had been getting in the way of me getting to work on time . It’s been snowing like every week where I am and my car is old and can’t take the weather but I’ve still been literally risking my life trying to get to work everyday . Between the weather in my car breaking down I’ve been having to either call out or I’ll arrive to work late . They already warned me about it and now my car broke again 🤦🏽‍♀️ I literally can’t afford to take public transportation everyday or ubers especially if they aren’t going to reimburse me . I don’t know how I’m going to get to work on Monday and I know if I call out they are going to fire me . My baby is due in 9 more weeks and I really need the job . I don’t even think I’ll be able to collect unemployment if they fire me due to attendance issues . I don’t know what to do and I feel stuck
