So I believe I went through this. This pregnancy has been a pretty rough one and I’ve felt very sad, lonely and just very low majority of it. I always wanted to cry and just haven’t felt like myself. I used to have bad anxiety and I learned to cope and manage that without medication or speaking to someone so I just kind of did the same thing this time around. I’m 33 weeks and I feel better now. If it’s too much for you and your finding it hard to cope definitely speak to your doctor about it.
Those who’ve had prenatal depression, what is it like for you?
I think I might suffer from prenatal depression. I’d like to know what it’s been like for you/warning signs/how did you figure out you were depressed?
