I would love to announce today (valentines day) but I’m 10+5. Is that too early? Our families know already.

Totally up to you.  If something is going to happen, it’ll happen regardless of who knows about it.  I think I announced my first around 11 weeks.  I’m 13 +5 with #2 and won’t be announcing at any point

12 weeks with both, but out of laziness more than anything. I didn't even mean to announce the same time for the second, that's just when I got around to it
