Hey y’all I want to try and use a cup but I’m scared of getting one that won’t work for me what do you guys recommend? I have never used one before so this is so confusing

There is a lot to choose from, so many options. Personally i use the OrganiCup and i love it. But not everyone has the same needs and size and everything. So you can take a quiz at putacupinit.com to get some reccomendations based on your body and cycle.

Take the putacupin it quiz and watch reviews/compare bc everyone is different. (Personally I don’t think the whole given birth thing matters a lot, and sexual activity is completely irrelevant.) Anyways lol I think what matters is cervix height, physical activity, and preference for softness/firmness.
