I spotted like this at 4 weeks, and had gotten my positive hpt on 3w1d. I’m currently 12 weeks and so far doing well

Yup! and around 6 and 8 weeks. Brown blood is generally old blood. I’m 20 weeks tomorrow and doing just fine! As long as it isn’t bright red, all should be ok!

with my last pregnancy i had dark brown spotting that looked exactly like that, when my period was due... everything was fine. my daughter is 10mo now💕

That looks like old blood! Which can absolutely be totally normal♡ Always let your OB know about any blood or old blood, but I don't see any cause for concern♡

I spotted like this twice tbh and neither times I was pregnant, but I had BV. That spotting made me get checked luckily because it was the only symptom i had. The second time it happened i was aware, but the first time i thought i was bleeding in between cycles and it didn't stop so i got an appointment with my OB and a swab confirmed no std or pregnancy just BV.
