Sleeping on my side
I’m really struggling sleeping on my side, I’ve been a stomach sleeper all my life and I’m finding it really hard to sleep on my side
I’ve managed the last few nights alright but I’ve noticed I wake up in the middle of the night with an aching back and the only way I get relief and can get back to sleep is if I sleep on my back and I know that’s not good either 🙃
Does anyone have any tips? I already have a pregnancy pillow which helped the transition from belly to side
I’m only 17 weeks tomorrow 😕
