Cook breakfast this morning I got dizzy to the point where I had to hold on to something , I felt like I was gonna fall over,

I can almost feel a pressure change in my right ear .. weird .. it seems very positional, like if I look down or bend my head down, although sometimes can just be when I’m standing there ... but normally when I sit down I don’t get the dizzy spells .. 39 weeks.. bp and urine has always been normal.. I don’t have a headache or any swelling .. no other symptoms other than heart palpitations which I literally went to the ER for .. and every thing they checked was fine.. my heart rate was high like 110-120 but I’m soooo anxious all the time :( especially in hospitals ... any ideas or anyone with the same thing happen to them ? I’m so depressed just sitting down all day
