I’m a dietitian and this is not too much! Listen to your body and eat when your hungry and stop when your full. You’ve got healthy/balanced foods on this plate- don’t worry so much about how much your eating rather what your eating.

This would be too much for me in one sitting. But everyone is different and if you’ve been in calorie deficit all day there’s no reason not to eat what your need to maintain your energy and calories.
