OB said every test came back negative. No other symptom or pain.

If you're worried it's meconium, it doesn't look like it to me.
It would be far more green / yellow
That just looks like discharge to me

Can you clarify your question? What are you trying to determine? If you have an infection? Your cervical mucus looks normal. If the dr said you don't have an infection, then you don't have an infection. Or are you asking about something else?
