Mucus plug or??

I’m
19 weeks 1 day. I have a cerclage (a stitch to keep my cervix closed ) 
Just had this on my panties. It’s like snot. I feel normal. Is this normal ? Is this part of my mucus plug or something else ? 
Thoughts ? Thanks

Because you have a cerclage, I would definitely call the doctor just to he safe.  Obviously your body might now follow the same set of rules/norms that would typically be expected.

Yes mucus plug but it regenerates throughout pregnancy and doesn’t mean anything. Unless there’s blood mixed in which would be your bloody show you’re okay
