Does this look like eczema?

Her doctor keeps telling me it looks like eczema but it just doesn’t to me, and it doesn’t bother her at all, not to mention we lotion 2-3 times a day. Has anyone’s baby had eczema that looks similar to this?

It doesn’t look like my kids eczema but it still could be. 
I use this on both my kids and it works great.

It looks quite similar to psoriasis, which I read can sometimes come on after an infection in babies. Had your LO been unwell prior to this showing up? I agree with the other posters that a second opinion is needed, especially if the lotions or topical creams for eczema aren't working. Good luck!

Is it somewhat dry and flaky? It's hard to tell, but it does look like eczema to me. Ask your pediatrician to prescribe hydrocortisone, once that clears it up use Eucerine eczema lotion to maintain.

I literally just took my son to the doctor today for this exact looking rash and was told it was eczema. But if your worried call your doctor and ask!

To me it looks like a skin reaction to anything new that you put to the baby, it happened to my baby when we change to a different detergent, also heat rash is a possibility my baby has the skin like that because of too much heat in the house  I know is winter but to my house was way to hot and sometime innecessary  layers of clothing can do that to skin. My baby has reaction when he wears fleece.

It looks more like a rash and not eczema. Both my kids had eczema and it looked nothing like this. Was he recently sick??? This looks like a viral rash that my daughter recently had after having a viral cold
