Hey! So I’m 13 weeks and tonight I’ve been having sharp pains like inside of my vagina. Is this normal? I’ve also been having some light to mild cramping here and there... I used to cramp earlier on in my pregnancy but I haven’t in a while and the period like cramps have came back. I have my ob appointment tomorrow but I’m scared because of the cramping going away for a while and now coming back suddenly.
