I received my trigger shot on the 8th, <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> was on the 9th. AF isn’t due for another 11 days and is typically pretty spot on month to month!

However, today (16th) and even yesterday I am feeling exactly how I feel right before AF. Cramping in my left side, bloated, heavy uterus and bit down and balled up with my knees to my chest on the couch.

Is it possible to even be having a period 8dpt? Has anyone else experienced this?

Could the trigger have actually triggered AF to come early?

Again every month AF is usually like clock work. Feeling bummed but also trying to hide it from my SO(told him I just had a bad migraine).
