Have bad acne since I was 12 years old

I haven't seen a dermatologist for a year now because they don't take my medical insurance anymore and my acne got worse ever since then do anyone know what would be a good acne product to use for my skin? or any good cleansers to use on a daily basic? I only use dove product on my skin I don't see any good results

Random item. Acne usually comes from what we put on our skin pillows, make up, the brushes that they are applied with etc to our diet. Dark colored sodas contain caramel coloring, soy, gluten, and other processed foods. Cutting out meat and dairy and eating clean. Increasing hydration. I use this  sometimes too.

The products in the set should help your acne a lot. You didn’t put any details about your skin type, type of acne etc but azelaic acid should help any type of acne. If you have dry and/or sensitive skin use with caution though, maybe ever other day or less. The niacinamide and hyaluronic acid can be used daily. The niacinamide will help will oil production and reduce congestion of the skin, and the hyaluronic acid will help with hydration. Also make sure you have a good moisturizer and definitely spf.

Honestly anything Ceraphill is amazing. I have very sensitive skin and am allergic to almost everything, so I find that Ceraphill is very helpful. It smells amazing and works well on my skin.
