Epstein Barr virus

Was anyone diagnosed with Epstein Barr? How do you deal with? Symptoms? How do I feel if it’s active vs inactive? I went to the doctor for chronic fatigue and tested positive for it. Can anyone tell my what my results mean? Cuz I can’t find info online thanks.
