Leg cramps and pelvic pain

Hey currently 10 weeks with twins and after doing 8 hour shifts I come home with severe pelvic pain and muscle cramps in my lower legs is this normal I only ever experienced this towards the last trimester with my other pregnancy’s should I see my dr?
