Why did this happen again I thought I was going to be fine this time I had all the symptoms no blood or cramps. And yet here I am I can’t stop crying I can’t breathe i don’t know what to do and I wish I knew why. I have another angel baby. It just hurts so bad. I had an ultrasound and everything looked fine I should’ve known when she didntlet me listen to the heart beat but I decided to stay positive and then she said the baby had stopped developing literally three days ago. No heart beat. Idk what to do it hurts so bad.
