Nearly fainted

Today while shopping a huge wave of heat hit me, i went to find a toilet and started ti get dizzy, sweaty all over and the amount of heat rising from chest was insane i couldn't even stand up had to sit in the bathroom floor! Took off my shirt and waited for it to pass. Did anyone ever feel like this?
