Out for good.....

My SO and I have been together 4 years we have broken up twice both times on November and we got back together a few months later. He breaks up with me because he says he loves me but isn't in love with me and he says he no longer misses me when I'm not home or he isn't sexually attracted to me anymore. Since our last break up I thought things were different we felt more in love then ever we tried to get pregnant...it worked but then I sadly had a miscarriage but we were trying again... Now I'm on my period it's November again and since its that time of year he wants to break up again.. I can't keep doing this Idk what to do. He said we aren't broke. Up but he needs time to figure out if he is gonna end it. I'm heartbroken how can u go from ttc to over...
