Hi all. I’m reaching out because I’m desperate. Long story short I found out I was pregnant a few weeks ago. Per my last period I should be about 8 weeks along now BUT I have PCOS and my periods are not consistent. I have had 3 miscarriages and a chemical pregnancy. I do have 1 child who is 5.

Well, since Last Thursday I have gotten my HCG levels taken bc at my first ultrasound they couldn’t find anything saying I was pregnant (I’ve had 4 positive tests)

First hcg test last Thursday was 441

Friday 459

Monday 505

Today Wednesday it’s 500.

It wasn’t rising as it should and now it has decreased. Is there any hope? I’ve been a mess ever since I found out I was pregnant just because of past traumas. But now I’m feeling hopeless. My doctor should call tomorrow to talk about what is next for me. Should I ask for another ultrasound since it has been a week? Or should I just face the inevitable?
