I took the 6 pills vaginally yesterday and was told after the last 2 the cramping and bleeding would get worse as the baby passes. But it actually got better. My cramps stopped and the bleeding slowed. I had barely any bleeding for the entire night and sat on the toilet this morning and seen (not felt) a big red clump fall out.

I feel like that wasn't the fetus passing but I'm so confused as to why it's not getting more painful?

I was 5 weeks and 6 days when they scanned me 2 days ago.

I really hope it's not failing as I don't want to go through all this again or have to go down the surgical route.
