Im 9 weeks and 2 days pregnant today. Last Saturday I went to the E.R for some bleeding and they took my HCG levels, it was 105800. Bleeding stopped after about 45 mins (old blood), I got an anti d shot and everything seemed all good. Today I had heavier bleeding for about 20 minutes with red blood. I went to the E.R and they said my HCG levels have dropped to 90000 and that they think I will have a miscarriage. Since that 20 minutes the blood has been old/ brown and has almost stopped. I have had some light cramping no more than a feeling of pressure. Should I be silly to have hope that I’m not losing the baby as I’ve had a few different bleeds? Obviously the red blood and the levels concern me but I haven’t passed any clots and there is almost no sign of blood now.

Let me know success stories, going to try and book an ultrasound for tomorrow to see the baby, hopefully not for the last time. Saw bubba at 7 weeks and 1 day with a heartbeat of 126 bpm and doctor said all is good (except I have a dermoid on my right ovary but told it shouldn’t affect pregnancy).
