Bit of tmi but.. discharge

A bit tmi and my guess is it only normal but leading up to ovulation my cervical fluid and discharge increase alot . I have to wear a liner as I’m basically dripping. Does this happen to anyone else. It sometimes goes through my undies to my pants. No it’s not wee as it’s a creamy watery.
