Baby waking several times a night crying
My baby is normally an excellent sleeper. Once she's down she normally stays asleep until morning. The past four nights however, she has been waking up several times a night screaming. At first I thought okay maybe she ate something too harsh for her stomach. Second and third night goes and I'm like okay maybe she's teething. Gives her tylenol and baby non medicated oralgel. Nope doesn't work. When I go in and pick her up she is fine. Falls instantly back asleep. Could she be struggling with separation anxiety? I've noticed she's way more fussy when I leave her unattended. If that's the case how do I deal with it? I'm pregnant and tired, but I also don't want to put her in bed with me. Id rather not start that habit. I don't trust myself (I toss alot) and like my own space. Thank you.
Also: we have a strict routine. Her bedtime routine has been the same since she was three weeks old. Now, I will say her naps are inconsistent so maybe she's ready for just one nap a day?
