With my first I let her go almost as long as she safely could (11 days over due) before getting induced. My induction was “smooth” in that it went as nicely as birth can go 😂. My second I was due with yesterday. We have an induction set for next Tuesday which will put me at 40w6d. I know that’s giving her time but I’m starting to get worried about rushing her out/ pushing my body when it’s not ready because I know that can invite a whole other host of complications. But I’m being tugged not to change it because of my fear of something happening if I wait too long to get her out. From women with experience of being induced closer to your due date but overdue how did it go? I’m in my own head either way I look at it.
