You need to have sex when first get your positive. Sperm live 3-5 days and it’s better if they’re “waiting” for you to ovulate. That’s why your highest percentage chance (30%) is the day before ovulation. Of course, having sex on ovulation day isn’t going to hurt either! I have heard both from women on this app, but scientific articles I've read have said from peak, so today. Go with signs of your body too. My peak was morning and in the evening I felt strong ovulation cramps so I think I ovulated the same day. The best way to know next time is with basal body temperature.
