Nausea getting worse

I’m about to be 13 weeks and I feel like my nausea has been getting worse the last two weeks and my gag reflex is literally triggered by everything and I don’t know what to do anymore. Has anyone ever experienced this? Does it get better or am I doomed to having nausea throughout the whole pregnancy 😫
