Can I drink soda while pregnant?

Is it okay to drink soda/pop while pregnant ?? 
I love pop. I’m actually addicted to Pepsi lol 
Is it safe to drink it while pregnant ?

Of course you can. My diet was terrible but I had whatever I craved 😂 once in a while isn’t a big deal.

I have my coffee in the morning and I stick to a one caffeinated drink a day rule. So if I want a soda I have to skip my coffee that day or drink a sprite or other non caffeinated soda.
That’s just for my peace of mind.  I’m sure you won’t do any harm drinking Pepsi, but it’s obviously not a beneficial drink other than being delicious.

The artificial chemicals are concerning to me, especially in cola drinks. I personally limited it to once a week. They have other carbonated sodas that are healthier, but of course not as yummy as Pepsi lol

Yes! I probably have one Dr Pepper almost everyday/every other day. Obviously water is the best option but soda isn’t going to hurt you or the baby if drank in moderation

Yes mama! Just in moderation, don't go drinking it all the time or increase quantities but having a soda is perfectly fine as long as you are watching your caffeine intake and not over doing it with the sugar 😊
