I'd avoid any fragrance soaps. I'd also make an appointment with a dermatologist or your doctor. 
I'd check with your insurance because ok some insurance companies dont cover things for acne. I know mine does but everyone's coverage is different

I use vaseline,😊i deal with acne scars and it helps a lot 😌 i use it at night its very esay to applying does not close your pores and you can sleep with it, its the best

Mix Sandalwood Powder with some water to make it into a nice smooth paste. Apply it onto ur acne and pimples. Wait for it to dry on your skin and re wet the paste that is dried on your skin for an hour or even if u want the entire day. This temporarily solves the problem after 3/4 days. But then u have to make sure to keep using it if u break out/ figure out what your skin wants. 
‼️Be Careful When Buying sandalwood as there are mock products.. Sandalwood is usually expensive, and find the organic ones. Whole foods might have some. idk 
Check it on some skin for any allergy before using.
