y’all my husband has been home for too damn long or i’ve been home for too damn long.

he gets winters off for his job and i’ve recently became a SAHM. so usually i make a huge pot of spaghetti sauce and then freeze a lot of it to eat throughout the week(s).

but today since we’re all home i figured me and my son will cook some sauce together. well i guess my husband has never seen me cook sauce because he “freaked” out looking at how it’s made. it’s all from scratch so i use fresh tomatoes, garlic, onions, a shit ton of salt pepper, ground beef, etc etc. he came in and saw me cutting three whole garlic cloves and was like “that’s too much wtf are you doing ??” uh huh ???? that’s literally just for the ground beef dude.. then he saw that i use tomato paste (i’m too lazy to make my own so yes it was canned) and he FREAKED. he was telling me that it’s nasty 🙄🙄..

he’s been eating it for years like this and now he wants to say something. talking bout “that’s not how my mom makes it” YEAH BECAUSE SHE USES JAR SAUCE. (nothing wrong w it but come on)

then he’s mad because i told him to leave us alone while we cook (i also might’ve gotten an attitude and told him not to tell me how much garlic to put in..). he’s playing video games w his friends and i heard him go “when i married an italian woman i didn’t expect having to eat premade paste and unchopped basil.”

WHAT ?! this man needs to go to work or something, i swear
