Is it possible to have a miscarriage with out bleeding?

I took a pregnancy test feb 5th and it was positive. I don’t feel pregnant anymore. My symptoms are gone and I basically watched everyday as my pregnancy test got faint and fainter. It’s been 2 weeks since my first positive and I get some cramps but never bleed. I’m in Texas and this winter storm has taken such a huge toll on us that I haven’t been able to make it out to the doctors. I’m just wondering if this ever happened to anyone? I want to know if I’m still pregnant and I’ve already mourned the loss of the baby, I cried for 2 days straight. I just can’t go anywhere right now and it’s driving me crazy to not know what’s going on with my own body. 😓
