Implantation bleeding?

So my Period is due tomorrow and me and my other half have had unprotected sex in the last few weeks, today I've had some brownish light blood with cramps but it's not the same as my period normally is. My periods are Normally every 4 weeks on the day so very regular. Could this be implantation bleeding and how soon to take a pregnancy test? Thanks
