Nosebleed while pregnant??

I have noticed ever since i found out i was pregnant up until now 37 weeks i bleed from my nose. Its not alot but more like little red drops of fresh blood. It worried me at first but now im kind of like its normal. Its not heavy. But idk if this is normal has anyone had this ?

I get them every morning, I always got post nasal drip during this pregnancy as well

For most people they are common. For me, it was a symptom of low platelets (along with petechia). Turns out, I have an autoimmune disorder that was discovered while pregnant. I was hospitalized immediately when my blood work came back. But that’s an rare situation.

Yeah it’s normal. I’ve never had a nosebleed in my entire life until I got pregnant with this baby (my second). Now I get full on, HEAVY nosebleeds very often. It still freaks me out a little because before the pregnancy I’ve never had a nosebleed.
