Morning sickness help

I'm 10 wks and can't keep even water down don't judge I don't have a obgyn yet because I'm going back and forth from a state my family lives in and the state I live it and just kinda waiting til it all settles and I get in my new apartment but this morning sickness is killing me I drive heave after everything is out of my stomach til my throat is sore and slightly bloody
