Kind of a masturbation question kind of not???

So I’m pretty new to the whole sex toy world. I’ve had mine for about two years. Last year I went to Spencer’s to buy another smaller toy while paying I bought their cleanser, Hot & Love. After a couple of months of using it, I didn’t really notice anything, until something in my head told me to check myself. I did and I developed cysts. At first, I thought my PH balance was off and that is what was causing the cyst, but now after every use of me cleaning my toy my cysts would come back.
